Day 4
I hit the bottom line on all of my stock over the weekend. When I first turned on the program I did not have anything in my open positions. I had to look back at the statements to see what had actually happened. I found one of the stocks closed at almost a £200 loss. At the end of all of this I can only keep thinking, what goes up must come down and what goes down must go up.

I am beginning to think that the spread betting stop loss protection barriers are only good if you are seriously concerned. Then again, I made a bet this morning, and it is not doing so well, I am loosing almost £1000 right now. After waiting about two hours I found that the same bet was in the green by £60. I am finding that the best way to play spread betting is to watch the bets throughout the day and wait for them to be profitable. Sometimes it is better to close a bet when it only has a little profit because it can change very quickly and you could be back loosing money in no time.
