Day 5
I started taking a look at the financial markets news feeds today. I found that looking at news and then making a change in your spread bets due to the financial information is a little bit complicated. I would suggest that your first week of the demo just glance at the news feeds, do not do anything with them. Starting your second week, open the news feed and read the article, become familiar with key terms. Once I felt comfortable with the news feeds, then I started making bets using the information. If I saw a new feed pop up right away, then it was best to glance over it and make a spread bet accordingly. In my experience it has turned up to have benefits fairly quickly.

Last move of the day: I have two spread bets that are loosing a lot of money at the moment so set stop losses on them both. Hopefully I will give it enough room to loose a little more and still give it the opportunity to gain some. Below is the information for each stock
GBP/USD sell @ 2.0109 -> Stop 2.0190 / Limit 2.0090 (now 2.0163)
EUR/USD sell @ 1.3568 -> Stop 1.3560 / Limit 1.3655 (now 1.3626)
